Caviar for lunch? Yes please! Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the incomparable NYC Petrossian Boutique & Cafe for the first time. I have passed this stunning historical building dozens of times, and always wondered what it was like to be served an opulent caviar sampling for lunch... the experience certainly did not disappoint.
