Fàilte gu Alba! Our Road Trip Through Scotland
Fàilte gu Alba ! That’s how a Scotsman would greet you in Scottish Gaelic. For a long time, Max and I desired to visit this magical country and home of Nessie. That it would turn out to be January that we would visit… I don’t know whose idea that was… oh wait, it was mine! Ah! Luckily, in some regions of the country, it was much warmer than it was in Germany, so all good. But during our one-week-road-trip through Scotland, we still had to fight with any kind of weather you could imagine.
We had fog and rain and show and closed streets thanks to heavy snowing and all that while driving on the “wrong” side of the road....
