MY FAVORITE WORKOUT APP Since the new year, I have been trying hard to make time in my schedule to visit the gym 2-3 days per week. I was actually dreading it before I went for the first time, thinking it was going to be so tough & that people would be judgy since I didn't really have a clue what I was doing.
