My school has this awesome thing called "Drop Days." Every Wednesday, one subject "drops" class for the day and the students have an opportunity to go to the library to read their book club books or read for pleasure. The teachers also get a semi-break, and we have meetings and teacher-building-activities in the morning, then we have "free time" in the afternoons to grade,...
