My Intention/Focus For 2019 When it comes to a new year, I’m not a big resolution person anymore.
None of the: lose/gain 10 pounds, go to the gym 3/4 times a week, quit smoking, etc etc. These are great goals, but not necessarily a good idea for a new year’s resolution, since we typically lose steam a few months into the year. Instead, I like to focus on a higher-level, more abstract phrase/intention/mantra for a new year. Previous years’ intention was embracing discomfort , which I loved.
