MY SELF-CARE GOALS FOR JANUARY Last week I already talked you through a couple of goals I set myself for this year. Besides setting those goals for myself on a yearly basis, I also wanted to set a couple of goals in January. As you might know last year, especially December was super busy and stressful for me.
