LIFE :: Setting Goals with Intention
With the new year comes new goals, am I right?... There's something about leaving December and entering January. It's like as if you're closing one chapter and opening up a new one. This gives you a moment to refresh yourself, change out old bad habits, or continue striving to improving things. Whatever happened in the past year are either lessons learned or hard work paying off. That's how I see it. So for your next chapter for 2019, let's set up goals with intention . Write down 3-5 BIG goals you want to accomplish this year. Then break that down into 1-2 small steps for each BIG goal in order to make it happen (this should be roughly 3-10...
