Happy 34 To Me
It's my birthday today, but somehow it just feels like any other day, nothing special. A lot has been going on lately that perhaps celebrating myself getting older was the least in my mind to think about. My gift to myself? Just dress up and feel good, that's all. I guess the older we get, the more disappointed we are towards a lot of things. As we become older, not only do we get wiser, but we also become more aware of the wrong things happening around us and they upset us so much. It's like the curse of knowing more.
