Daily MelWear: Storm Damage
It’s really very sad. They talked about Isaac for days, warned us that he was coming, and being negligent, we just didn’t prepare.
Our poor little dollar store windmills just didn’t stand a chance in those 35 mph gusts…
I know some people did get a lot of rain and wind and I truly do hope everyone is okay. I just find it amusing that we get so hyped up over every single storm now. Sometimes I wish the media would tone it down just a little. Prepare, yes…but don’t flip out.
And by prepare, I mean make sure there is lots of wine on hand. And cookies.
