My Favorite Mid Day Pick-Me-Up!
When the days drag on, I need a little pick me up! Of course there’s always coffee, but my personal favorite is ducking out of work (aka home, as I work from home) for an hour to take a yoga class. Since I work for myself, I wind up working at night and on the weekend quite a bit so I don’t feel guilty taking those mid-day breaks.
