2018 Week 44/52 Photo
I ran my first 5k in almost 3 years. Dave took some pictures of me finishing. I actually liked a picture he took of me better at the start but I can't seem to get it to show up on the google photos so we'll go with this one. I like this one because I'm smiling even though it was tough. I ran faster than I thought. I didn't train. I ran a race for the first time in many years without a Garmin so I didn't know my pace. It might even have been the first 5k I've run doing intervals. I hope to make a separate post about the race and the kids tot trot. Photo taken November 4, 2018
