It’s no secret I am a little obsessed with pretty and feminine white tops featuring lace and ruffles. I enjoy wearing them all spring and summer long! This black pleated bell sleeve top with its ruffle front and bits of crochet lace beckoned me when I saw it and I knew it would be a perfect cool weather equivalent to my fave white options.
