Eight days was more than enough time to cover some serious ground in the Florida Keys. As I said before, I highly recommend that if you're going to make the trip, you split your time between The Upper Keys and Key West. You really get the best of both worlds without being too far from each. In the upper Keys you have the opportunity to kick back and relax in relative seclusion.
