I can't help it about the Barbie posts, I'm on a roll! This dress is a replica of the 1959 Barbie Suburban Shopper Outfit. Although being on this lovely beach for these photos, I feel more like Malibu Barbie than a Suburban Shopper. I love this dress and I'm so glad that Unique-Vintage has decided to create this line. I got mine from Ebay simply because the knock-off looks a little closer to the colors of the original Barbie dress than the UV version does. However, I'm sure that I have compromised quality.
