For the last three summers Knott’s Berry Farm has offered Ghost Town Alive, which can best be described as a real life, family-friendly version of Westworld, the fictional theme park of the 1973 movie, and current HBO TV show under the same name, where guests get to live out the wild west, but at Knott’s it’s with actors, and not robotic “hosts” because, hey, we aren’t that advanced yet. Because of my love of westerns Ghost Town Alive became a staple of my summer, and last weekend its third season came to a close.
