Morning all, I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. Happily, the sunshine came back and brought with it mid-20s temperatures which was very welcome after a couple of grey, cooler weeks. We managed to get out on Sunday morning for a 12 mile run along the canal, exactly two weeks before race day. We booked this next (flat) marathon after Southampton back in April which despite the nine minute PB, I was still a little disappointed with because of the hot weather ruining the sub-4 hour push.
