That I love sparkling wines you have already figured it out, probably. But what I hate the most is ordering a rose to a restaurant and when they bring me something that I cannot drink. That is truly a shame and this is why I have brought with me to Italy this time my absolute favourite both rose and white sparkling wine from Rose Mary . If you haven’t tried this bubbly wine I totally recommend you do, because it is not too sweet, but not to dry with the perfect ‘amount’ of bubbles, it’s just like a ‘drink made from the stars’ as it said in the book I was reading that time in Tuscany.
