A Night at the Opera
This is up there with the coolest doors that blogging has opened for me. Last Wednesday, I was invited for a sneak peek at the Cincinnati Opera’s production of Another Brick in The Wall , based on the Pink Floyd album. Katie , her husband, myself, and my sister were taken for a thorough tour of the backstage, hair, makeup, wardrobe, and set and it was seriously unreal.
After our tour, we were invited to stay for the first act of the dress rehearsal, as this was something only open to a small group of media and donors. We were 4 of *maybe* 40 people in the audience, which made it all the more special. We had a dead-on view of the stage and could even see into...
