In exactly one week I’ll be back in the land of countless carbohydrates. I have come to terms with the fact that I literally have no self control when confronted with a basket of Italian bread, pasta, pizza, or vino. My last super would probably just consist of bread, oil and vinegar. All the vegan goodies in the world could not replace the gratification I get from one slice of perfectly baked focaccia.
