My Go-To Fitness Look Staying active is part of a healthy lifestyle, whether your goal is to lose weight or just be healthy. Once the weather cools down it can be more difficult to get out and get exercise. While I am not a gym fanatic, I do love being outdoors and going for walks or runs. Being outside keeps me healthy both mentally and physically. It's so easy to be cooped up in your house during the fall, but I thrive on fresh air and being outside.
