These leopard pumps are one of my most worn shoes, so it was only a matter of time before one of the heel tips wore off. I used to go to Buchanan , but it's just not in a convenient location for me anymore (never had any issues with their work). I found AH One recently and couldn't be happier with the end result. Great customer service, a quick turnaround time of 30 minutes (probably would have been less if I waited), and the owner kindly waterproofed the shoes as well.
