I bought this dress on ebay and after I bid on it and I won it, I went back to re-read the description which I then read incorrectly and thought "Oh great, I'm not going to fit into it when it arrives." I'm glad I surprised myself when it arrived and it fit! I love this dress. It has pearl button closures and is just like if I bought it directly from the shop. I paid $30 for this 1940's vintage dress. Pearl earrings are clip on's, vintage Nina Ricci, ebay. Pearl bracelet another ebay find. The 40's definitely had it right with screw backs and clip ons. My ears are pierced but they are sensitive and I haven't worn earrings in years that require pierced ears. ...
