Hearst Castle
As I said in my previous entry, after visiting Solvang, I went to Hearst Castle. It is located between Los Angeles and San Francisco and used to belong to the Hearst family, who owns a large media empire in the USA. This castle is quite new and has been build for the owner, inspired by different styles and times in Europe and other countries in the world. I couldn't take pictures of the inside because it was really dark but here are some pictures of the outside and the gardens, that smell so good. It is a nice place between heaven, earth and sea where you can enjoy and admire the settings.
