Wellness Weekend
The weekends are my favorite time to indulge in myself. It’s because it’s when I finally can put aside the time to do it (when I’m not traveling). I put work on the back burner for a little bit, giving myself more than just a few hours for some lessons in self love, motivation and overall wellness. My favorite things that I love to indulge in on the weekends to make myself feel good before a new week arrives are . . . fitness, clean eating habits and my beauty routine.
