A Coat in Hainsworth wool & Liberty twill
I think this coat combines two of the most luxurious fabrics I’ve ever used. It’s a shame that I’m a little disappointed with the final result :(
First of all, those fabrics, which are absolutely not the source of my ire. The main fabric came from AW Hainsworth , a woollen mill based in Yorkshire with a Royal Warrant who produce premium cloths used for fashion, costumes, uniforms and military dress. Their apparel and upholstery fabric sub-brand Hainsworth kindly sent me some fabric to play with to help raise their profile amongst designers and costumers.
