January might be coming to an end, but I really am not getting sick of all the 2018 resolution conversations. I actually love hearing peoples goals and what everyone is motivated to do or change in the new year. I have goals that span across the whole upcoming year, I have however started with better health habits.
Working out consistently and making better meal options are always the refresher I need. Cleaning out all the gunk I have been eating since Halloween.
