Why You Should Practice Yoga
I have been practicing yoga for more than a year now and I can vouch for its benefits. It boosts both body and mind , and fellow practitioners even say it positively impacts their whole lifestyle.
I admit I got into yoga through the I-wear-lululemon trend. But it was love at the first class. It is truly a physical sport – I discovered muscles which I didn’t know I had. Regular lessons improved both my core and flexibility. I noticed how I have a better posture and balance. Listening to your body is key to good practice and it makes you feel good.
