Peacock Feather Blouse
It's the time of year where we are layered under jackets and scarves, and we tend to fall into the trap of wearing plain coloured tops and sweaters and letting our coats do the talking, seeing as its the thing most people see. But I have been more interested in Statement blouses, I'm definitely a blouse girl i love layered them under sweaters or just wearing them on their own under coats.
