life lately...
Why hello there! I'm writing this while tucked up on the sofa, with the aroma of orange slices in the oven and gammon in the slow cooker, candles lit and decorations up - it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the Rocks/Mills household! It's been a while since I wrote a 'life lately' or 'five happy things' post, so I thought I'd share a little update... November was a bit of a funny month. My confidence and energy were at the lowest they have been in a while, plus with the addition of trouble sleeping, regularly feeling unwell, and a bit of anxiety sprinkled in for good measure, I really haven't been my best self.
