Weekend Update: Nashville Oktoberfest & Oh Wonder
Hi friends! So I'm a little embarrassed to tell you that one of my small goals for the month is to do some "basic bitch Fall activities"; just because, this is my absolute favorite time of year, and I want to make the most of it! This weekend was just PRIME October and super festive. Saturday morning I ran the Nashville Oktoberfest 5K! All things considered- the training I actually ended up doing, the fact that I haven't run a 5K since 2011, the effort I felt like I put in during the race (um...it was really hard), I'm pleased with the result!
