days of suede
what’s the best aspect of fall? hands down (at least fashion-wise) it’s the addition of leather and suede. years ago, thanks to a hand-me-down jacket from my mom, my love affair with suede began. to this day, i wish this smooth as butter jacket still hung in my closet. hopefully, some lucky soul stumbled upon it in the goodwill store, claiming it a ‘vintage’ find. after all, it hailed from the forties!
through the years, i’ve done my best to replicate mom’s simple but to-die-for button-up jacket. the latest rendition being a deep mochaccino brown from fall 2016. since the weather decided to cooperate with fall-like temps...
