Ruffle White Top Under $20
As much as I'm anticipating Fall... we're not quite there yet. Yesterday during my lunch break, I stepped outdoors and realized it was 82 degrees out. Which was not what I was expecting this week. With September coming to a close, I'm really hoping the weather will cooperate with the start of the new season. *will try again next week* I wore this top to work the other day and received so many compliments on it.
