Summer ’17 is about the statement off-the-shoulder blouse, and this cactus top is a gem.
I’m still more than a little floored it’s already August– excuse me, Memorial Day was just a few weeks ago, right? No? Because fall is inching closer, I’m milking all I can out of my oh-so-summer pieces. This off-the-shoulder cactus top is just that ( and it’s on sale right now for $25 ) . I love the cute print and anything showing off the shoulders (with a ruffle, even) is right on trend.
