Coffee Talk
I am typically on the lookout for something new to do, especially with Scot. A cool restaurant to check out, a new park to visit or a festival to attend will typically spark my interest. Recently my local coffee shop Hubbard & Cravens offered a class about sourcing their coffee beans and how to pick up on the fruit notes in their products. It resulted in me sipping about 4 cups of coffee at 7:30 at night pretending that I so totally tasted the melon note in that blend (hint: I did not).
