I got this dress without trying it on first...yes totally my fault. I saw it hanged at Target and grabbed immediately as a piece I knew I could wear during Swim Week.♀️ I grabbed it because I loved the print and fabric but there was something about it that just felt "boring" on me- I think it was the neckline (a little too round, the buttons where grand-ma is). After an hour of playing with it in the mirror (I added belts...tried wearing off the shoulder, backwards...but nothinggg), it finally came to me: why not add an edgy bralette, my favorite faux leather shorts underneath, and only close the button at the waist?
