Fourth of July in Cape Charles, Virginia
Thanks to one of my very dear friends, we had one of the best Fourth of July’s we could have possibly asked for. She and her husband invited us to join them in Cape Charles for the weekend and we totally fell in love with this quiet little beach town. Since most people drive golf carts around town, the annual Fourth of July parade consists largely of festively-decorated golf carts and my good friend goes all out with hers. My friends, our kids, and I got to ride along, blow bubbles, and throw candy to the kids along the parade route. My son absolutely loved it!
