What Do You Like About Yourself?
This year, all eyes are on the Brits. We've got the Olympics in London, it was the Diamond Jubilee a few months ago - the whole world is watching and wondering what it's like to be British. Us Brits are known for many things - red double deckers, drinking tea, Shakespeare, our ability to queue - but one characteristic that ties many of us together is our self-depreciating nature. Unlike many Americans, who celebrate their innate fabulousness at every opportunity, us Brits find it hard to say 'hey, I look good today'. When we're paid a compliment, we brush it away.
