Like the 4th of July
When: July 4th // Weather: warm and rainy // Real life: {see below!}
We had quite the non-traditional Independence Day. No BBQ, no fireworks. We started the day with a yoga class, had healthy breakfast at home, went shopping, went to an artsy movie, then went out for ice cream. I didn’t even wear any red (see above). That’s my way of celebrating my freedom – by doing absolutely nothing patriotic on the 4th of July.
But , we did have dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, and what says American gluttony better than the Cheesecake Factory (even though I had a flatbread and French wine, but who’s counting)?...
