Pink slip: what to wear during a heat wave
If there was ever a piece designed especially for the summer heat, it's a slip dress...don't you agree?? I suppose you could argue that a bikini would be better; but unless you're spending a day at the beach, it's probably not the most viable option!! Besides, lycra and neoprene just can't compete with the way the light-as-air fabric of a dress like this dusty mauve wrap version captures even the smallest breeze!! And if you're spending any time at all out in the sun, a hat (or other head covering) is non-negotiable as well. I happen to adore the combination of pink and orange, so this straw garden hat felt like the perfect match. And...
