Out of the blues
The Texas summer heat is always hard on me, I grew up in the mountains where it's always green and cool no matter the season. Every summer I try to go to visit my family in Mexico, however, this year I had some unexpected house expenses and I could not escape the heat. Since it's been too hot for me to want to do anything I had been sitting at home in raggedy clothes, eating unhealthy, drinking lots of soda and it just went downhill from there. Today though, I decided to get up, get dressed and get out of the house. Getting dressed helped improve my mood a lot. It's interesting how clothes affect our mood.
