Get Fit at Home
Summer is here and I coming to you from my very own backyard. With the change of the seasons, my boys want to do one thing and one thing only, and that is play outside! Seriously, whether it be swimming, the park, baseball, basketball, ninja turtles, and more.....you name the activity to play, they want to do it outside! So, knowing that, I have made an effort to adapt my workout and take it outside as well. Don't get me wrong I still go to the gym and love going to the gym, but there are days, like the one below in the pics, that staying fit and focusing on my overall wellness is carried out right at home. This particular day the dudes were swimming in their mini pool...
