I truly love New York in the summer, I find myself walking around endlessly with no destination really in mind. That’s the great thing about New York, you never know where the day can take you and what you will see along the way. After a few meetings, I found myself meeting up with a friend at one of my favourite Mexican restaurants – La Esquina . There is a new location in Midtown, right next to the Dream Hotel and it’s a fun little spot to grab some tacos and ridiculously delicious corn on the cob. Definitely a must...
