If you didn’t know by now, I’m obsessed with the Who What Wear Collection from Target. I’m a little late to the party because I just took notice of the collection this spring. So far I have 5 pieces from the Spring/Summer line and I love the quality and price. This dress is under $35 ! It’s made of 100% cotton and also comes in white. So it’s a perfect dress for summer.
