It’s Sunday morning. The time when you might actually have an hour to spend on sipping your coffee and just stare into whatever is in front of you. Then something clicks and a long list of to dos is going down in front your eyes. Meal prep, laundry, that busy week ahead, meeting preps, checking emails, oh! I haven’t even vacuumed yet and what am I going to cook for dinner? Sounds familiar? In all that clutter of stuff that needs to be checked off the list, I have a tendency of forgetting to appreciate the moment and the people who care about me.
What does it all come down to? Not being a perfectionist? Priority lists?
