Creating a Mantra Box
I am huge on positive thinking, energy and setting goals. Actually, the two most important men in my life (my Dad and husband) are my biggest influences when it comes to visualizing and turning dreams into reality. My Dad is one of the most positive people I know and I can still picture him walking down the stairs heading out for work yelling up to my sister and I with an overly chipper, “it’s going to be a great day!” We were tired and grumpy high schoolers covering our zits and straightening our hair. It was always with an eye roll back that we’d say, yeah. But now, that memory sure makes me smile.
