Tiered Dress
What is more beautiful that a ruffled tiered dress? I've been obsessed with this Black sheer sleeve polka dot tiered dress from Make me chic since the moment I saw it on the website! I didn't have anything like this in my closet so I just had to have it ! The tier effect is such a beautiful nod to the 1920's, which is an era of beautiful flapper fashion and as soon as I put on this dress I felt like I had walked out of a machine into the 1920's. The sheer mesh on top of the dress has a polka dot pattern which is such a nice feminine touch but I think my favourite part of the whole dress is the little belled out sleeves...
