Outdoor Evening Wedding & Fashion Over 50
Two weeks ago on a Saturday evening, the weather could not have been more perfect for an outdoor wedding. A cold front the night before blew out the humidity and left behind cool fresh air. Right down to the lightening bugs it was Pinterest worthy in every way. But, a cool outdoor evening presented a fashion callenge.
I have never worn pants to a wedding before, but knowing it was casual and outdoors, for the first time I considered it. There was a little bit of every attire on the ladies from beautiful lace sheath dresses to long skirts, and, yes, pants. In fact, the mother of the bride wore lovely cream colored wide-legged pants.
