Sur le blog Vixen Vintage
Lanz dress Within the past year or so I've had pretty good luck with Lanz dresses from the 70s and 80s. They manage to keep the high quality they were known for, and not be too trendy (no double knit polyester found so far, yay!). I'm not too familiar with vintage brands, but Lanz is something I always come back to. They are an Austrian brand, started making traditional folkwear in the 1920s, then moved to manufacturing Austrian inspired clothing in the U.S. in the 1940s. You can see my Lanz dirndl, but I'm not sure when it's from, dating the Austrian clothing is extra difficult. This dress caught my eye on the racks, both the style and the fabric. It feels so...Disney princess....
