When you are working with young children sometimes sitting on the floor with them, working with paint and glue, or outside with recess or car duty, pants just seem to work better. But with all that said, I still like to pull out my dresses and skirts. Otherwise when would they get worn? And when I have meetings with parents, I like to look and feel professional. So I try to compromise when I get dressed....
