Crew / Handbag - Louis Vuitton I have a long list of Vancouver restaurants that I want to visit... and, before last Wednesday, Establishment Lounge was at the top of that list. I had heard so much about chef Victor Bongo's culinary creations, but I have to admit that in spite of the hype, I was seriously impressed by the dishes I sampled - especially the goat cheese and fig souffle.
